This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the financial transactions between NuroLabs Research and our professional partners, affiliates, and institutional clients. By engaging with our services or participating in our Partner Program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital and Information Services

NuroLabs Research specializes in proprietary research data and biochemical logistics insights. Because these are delivered as digital assets or real-time access:

• Final Sale: All purchases of research reports, data sheets, and technical documentation are non-refundable once access is granted or the file is downloaded.
• Consultation Fees: Fees for professional consulting or cold-chain logistics advisory services are non-refundable once the scheduled session has commenced.

2. Affiliate Commissions and Payouts

Our 10% commission structure is governed by automated tracking. To maintain the integrity of our partnership network:

• Verification Period: Commissions are subject to a verification period (e.g., 30 days) to ensure the referral is valid and not subject to a chargeback.
• Irreversibility: Once a commission has been approved and disbursed to your designated account, it is considered final and cannot be reclaimed by NuroLabs Research, except in cases of documented fraud.

3. Subscription and Access Tiers

For partners utilizing premium dashboard features or institutional access tiers:

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the partner dashboard. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for mid-month cancellations.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage all partners and clients to resolve billing discrepancies through our support channels. NuroLabs Research reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to all research data and the Partner Program if a chargeback is initiated without prior consultation with our finance team.

5. Fraud and Compliance

If an account is flagged for violating our partnership standards—including the use of misleading marketing for NuroLabs Research services—all pending commissions will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for any setup or subscription fees associated with a terminated account.

6. Policy Modifications

NuroLabs Research reserves the right to modify this policy at any time to reflect changes in our service offerings or international financial regulations. Continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
